We want to send email notification to only concerned parties.
For a long term better practice, we have following ideas and concerns (user stories?)
- Able to create/save/use recipient lists instead of select need to be different between different teams and projects so we can customize them to fit different teams needs. Second, it should be configurable instead of hard coded in the tools/processes so it can be modify by authorized members without extra SCM’s work. Third, it should be reusable between different lists and tools so we can use same lists for different purposes without re-building them every time. Forth, it can be managed
