When you change the target framework version for Web Access application pool to NET 4.0, you also need to make the following changes in web.config:

1. Modify the <pages> element so it looks like:

<pages validateRequest=”false” enableEventValidation=”false” enableSessionState=”false” clientIDMode=”AutoID”>

2. Modify the <httpRuntime> element so it looks like:

<httpRuntime executionTimeout=”300″ requestValidationMode=”2.0″ />

When you revert Web Access back to NET 2.0, you’ll need to undo these changes.
